Every home tells a story. For severely injured post 9/11 Veterans, a specially adapted home can mean renewed independence, dignity, and freedom.

We’ve been gearing up for Murph all month - and it’s almost time.
This videos is two years ago, but the meaning behind it stays the same. Community, grit, and showing up with purpose!
Join us Memorial Day morning as we take on one of the most meaningful Hero WODs in CrossFit. Warm up starts at 8am.
Murph honors Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a U.S. Navy Seal who gave his life in service in Afghanistan in 2005. What began as his workout , originally called “Body Armor” has become a tradition rooted in respect and remembrance.
