I love it when my people come in and LOCK IT IN🔒‼️ Sometimes the exercises may seem repetitive, but there’s a reason for that. Every exercise has its purpose, and through these repetitions, you build that strength, stability, flexibility, mobility, focus, and most importantly CONTROL!! Pilates is all about that control!! 🔥🔥🔥

Last week, my daughter’s basketball game was delayed, so I had to bring her with me to work. She came up and tried a couple of exercises with the class. 😍😅 Should we have a Mommy and me or parent and me Pilates day?? ☺️.
