🌎 Happy Indigenous Peoples’ Day! ⚽️

Our soccer fields are a little quieter as our players, parents, coaches, referees, and volunteers enjoy some much-needed rest!

But while the fields are taking a break from soccer, the work behind the scenes continues! 🌱💦

Field maintenance is ongoing, including watering, aerating, and caring for our grass to keep our fields in great playing condition.

Maintaining a great place for our kids to play takes time, effort, and a little TLC. It’s all part of the process of keeping our fields safe, healthy, and ready for many more soccer memories!

Enjoy your week and next weekend off, soccer families! Take this time to relax, recharge, and enjoy some family time. We’ll see everyone back on the fields soon! ⚽️💚

⚽️ HAPPY NATIONAL COACHES DAY! ⚽️

Today we recognize the incredible coaches who make Del Rio Laughlin Youth Soccer Association possible! 💙

Our coaches are more than the people standing on the sidelines. They are teachers, mentors, encouragers, role models, and leaders who volunteer countless hours to help our players learn and grow.

Every practice planned, every Saturday spent at the fields, every high-five after a great play, and every word of encouragement after a tough one makes an impact far beyond the soccer field.

To all of our DRLYSA coaches—THANK YOU for giving your time, energy, patience, and heart to our kids. Our league simply could not do what we do without you!

And to our soccer families—help us celebrate! 👏
Drop a shout-out to your coach in the comments and let them know how much you appreciate them!

⚽️💙 Happy National Coaches Day from DRLYSA! 💙
