Everyone sees the smiles, splashes, and swimming… but there’s so much more that goes on behind the scenes.
As a swim instructor and small business owner, my day doesn’t end when the lessons do. I’m answering emails, communicating with parents, scheduling lessons, managing registrations, handling accounting, cleaning and maintaining equipment, planning sessions, and making sure every swimmer gets the best experience possible.
The pool may be where the magic happens, but there’s a lot of work happening outside the water too. 💙
