In this , Cole reflects on current WAVE coach Darrell Dilmore. One of the most influential people in his life—and how that relationship has shaped the coach he is today.

Coaches have a big role in our lives. The way they challenge us, support us, and hold us accountable can shape how we handle hard moments, treat others, and show up for the people around us. Often, their influence becomes even clearer years later, when we recognize those lessons in our own choices.
