She made a decision and she stuck to it and I couldn’t be more proud of her🤩👏🏼👏🏼

She shows up to the gym at least 3 days a week and has completely switched up her diet working with Ginger and it’s showing up in a big way!

It’s been amazing watching her transformation!! This is only a month in.. I can’t wait to see how far she goes with this! 💪🏼

Want to see a real transition in the next 3-6 months??

Let me tell you exactly how..

This is something I feel like I’m repeating a lot in the gym so I wanted to post it here

🍏Eat Whole Foods
-This means meats, veggies, & fruit. That’s it! Nothing out of a box, nothing pre mixed, & skip going out to eat

👣Walk 10k steps A DAY
-that’s all of your steps total in a day. If you typically walk that, great! If not, go for a walk until you hit that!

🏋️‍♀️Workout 30-60 min a day 3-4 days a week
-This means strength training. Whether that’s body weight, weights at home, or at the gym.

⚖️Track your food/macros (super important step)
- There’s usually an app for this. Get a scale, weigh your food so you know what you’re putting in your mouth. Depending on whether you’re trying to build muscle or lose weight will depend on what you need to eat. The app will tell you. But if you want to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. Meaning you need to be eating less calories than you’re burning a day!

💦Drink 80-100oz of water a day

🚫Put the alcohol down😅
-This plays a huge part in weight gain/ bloating and inflammation

If you’re serious and really want to see a change this is the simplest method to follow. You don’t need to cut out things like carbs( you actually need them for energy) just eat good food, be physically active enough, and drink your water!

It’s really that simple!!

I didn’t say easy, If it was, everyone would do it. But it will be worth it!

Try this! If you do this and still don’t see result, lmk and we’ll chat. But I guarantee you will see a change.

Something I hear a lot in the gym:

“Oh one day I’ll be as good as her” or “look like her”

“I’m not where she’s at, I can barely do (5) lbs”

Ladies!!! Stop comparing yourself and your journey to someone else’s!!!

Yes, it’s good to look at someone and say I’d love to achieve that someday, but don’t put yourself down because you’re not where someone else is.

We’re all on our own journey and start at different times. Our bodies are different. Our strengths are all different.

You’re not gonna be where I’m at when I’ve been doing this for 15 years when you started last week. That’s a crazy thought. I’m not even where I should be at after 15 years, but it’s always a rollercoaster journey and it’s my own.

Be proud that you started and just know if you keep at it you’ll be so much farther in 6 months, a year, or 5 years! It seems slow while it’s happening but it’s actually amazing what you can accomplish in just a year if you keep at it.

The year is gonna go by (and usually really fast) anyway, so you might as well be working towards a goal. Working towards YOUR OWN goal. Nobody else’s!

What you and your body can do in the gym is amazing and something to be thankful for no matter where your at in your fitness journey.

Just remember you’re doing GREAT for even showing up!! 💪🏼
