Here's the height/weight chart - We realize this is a bit confusing, but find your height and find your weight, then check the weight your pack should be, pick the LOWER of the two and you're all set. Reminder - use a backpack not a weight vest etc. to keep with the spirit of the event.
For example if you are male, and weigh 171 lbs but are 5' 8" tall you would carry 30 lbs, not 34 lbs according to the chart. always check the height weight chart and don't assume that you just need to divide your weight by 5 to get you pack weight, chances are, you're actually carrying less than that.
