Self-Defense in Defiance!

Had the pleasure of teaching FINDING F.O.C.U.S. (Foundations Of Confidence Under Stress) self-defense skills to Girl Scouts (6th grade - high school) yesterday for their “Fall Leadership Conference at Camp Libby! THANK YOU for having us... and watch out attackers - these girls can do some serious damage 👊

This weekend was the “Harrison Rally Day Parade” in Perrysburg! Sensei Kaufman’s Dojo had beautiful weather to represent Shuri-Ryu 👊

Most of the Ohio Branch of the US Martial Arts Team was able to walk in the parade 🇺🇸 they’re training hard and getting pumped for the World Games in London next month!
