Tomorrow starts our NEW 3 days/week at Adventure Boot Camp!!
Monday-Wednesday-Fridays only!

What an Adventure these past 16 years as been, and I'm looking forward to continue to MOVE together 3 days/week!

Bring your weights each day. We plan to do full body workouts each time. But we will also be getting our heart rate up most days with circuits thrown in!

I hope you are making your health a priority! I love this group and love how exercise is a priority to you! Let's keep encouraging each other in our fitness and nutrition!

What are you doing nutritionally that is helping you stay healthy?

I personally am back tracking with Weight Watchers. I like it because it does make me eat more fruits and veggies and drink more water!! It helps me make healthier choices and I love how I feel! I have more energy and it's working too!

Are you doing what it takes?

1) Are you showing up for yourself at our workouts?

2) Are you planning your meals?

3) Drinking water?

4) Getting enough sleep?

5) Taking vitamins?

Those are the 5 pillars to health. You make those happen on a daily basis and you will reach your goals this year! Take care of the baby steps to health and you will have it!
