This past weekend, 4 from took on Coastal Plains Relay. This is a 76.8 mile run from Richmond to Surfside Beach.

Most teams took this on with 8-10 people, where as these PAX crushed it with only 4. Each person ran 18+ miles to cover the distance, each rotating out.

Way to go boys!!

F3 is about bettering yourself with likeminded folks. We need strong folks around us to get through the battles that we face.

When facing threats, Spartans would interlock shields to create an impenetrable wall - making them unstoppable. When a PAX of is facing a challenge, we say “lock shields” with those next to you. Become unstoppable and utilize your brothers next to you to overcome whatever you’re facing.

Yesterday, was led by 2 of our youngest PAX, in what we know to be the first CoQ-VQ-BQ. These boys led their first workout together for their birthday!

This is what is about! We are here to better ourselves, but also build up better leaders. We have that chance to help build 2 future leaders!
