Hey Zumba Squad, I don’t know about you but I miss dancing with you all!! Thankfully, Zumba is working on a new platform that will allow me to stream my class right into your home! Annual Labor Day post with . I know I can count on this guy to whip me back into shape after my “2 month vacation” (Eye surgery + recovery🙄) Thanks for always keeping me in check, pushing my limits, constantly challenging me to work harder/run faster and introducing me to that 6am routine. Can’t believe you converted me! Not gonna lie, I did NOT miss those 1 minute sprints. 🥵 📸

To all my Mermaids- I am so sorry I can’t be with you at the 9th annual 4th of July Aqua Zumba class! This was always one of my favorites classes to teach. I’ll be thinking of you and I know you will make lots of waves for me in my absence. I miss all of you but I know you are in good hands while I am recovering from the eye surgeries. Happy 4th of July !!! ❤️

Hi Ladies, I hope you all had a fantastic Memorial Day Weekend!! The weather is looking great and I can’t wait to kick off Aqua Zumba with you on Sunday 6/23!

But, I wanted to share with you that I’ve had an unexpected medical emergency and will be undergoing surgery tomorrow. Tuesday night Zumba classes at Dedham Community House are canceled for the next 2 weeks. ( no class 5/28 or 6/4).

Atlantis Sports Club Dedham Members: Giliana will teach for me Wednesday 5/29 and Kris will teach for me on 6/5.

If anything changes I will post here. As of right now, I plan on resuming to class on Tuesday 6/11. See you all soon!!
