When James Beggan started training 5 years ago at DTS, the “ stock“ in the gym went up! James is off to pursue a degree at UCONN. He’s another example of someone who excels both physically , but more importantly,is a classy individual.Something that is a must if you wanna train here.

Gloria Bilafer
realizes why we were fighting. Wasn’t about her. In the case of Gloria.,while getting her physical ,She met up with someone with Parkinson’s she told him why she was fighting this weekend. She told him he reminds her of one of our warriors who trains at the DTS. She gave it her best shot, but came up short.
I am so proud of her and all the DTS FIGHTERS for realizing what the true meaning of the event was for!

Consistency and Discipline
It’s not rocket science on how to lose body fat, but having the mindset to do it. Caitlin is down 35 lbs.! through her nutrition , conditioning, and now her morning strength training routine.
