This past weekend was stop #2 on the East Tennessee Bass Nation High School/Youth trail at Douglas Lake in Dandridge. It was a bit stingy for a bunch of teams. Our HS team of Caden Schilling and Paxton St. Charles weighed in with 4 fish for 7.6 lbs total. Way to grind it out and make it to another weigh in! After this weekend they are in 12th place overall in the East TN Division!

Big congratulations to our high school anglers Caden Schilling and Paxton St. Charles, who brought in a solid 5-fish limit weighing 13.37 lbs today at Watts Bar! They finished 6th overall out of 167 boats. Way to go boys!

First stop on the 2025-2026 TN Bass Nation HS Bass State Trail was on Kentucky Lake - Decatur County this weekend. It was rainy and tough conditions. We are off to a great start this season. We had both our HS and Junior team weigh in. So proud of our teams.

Congratulations to Caden Schilling and Paxton St. Charles on their 5.2 lb smallmouth bass finishing 44th out of 139 teams!

Also, to our very first Junior team at Hixson Jacob Rimback and Fisher Jones, for their 1.85 lb Spotted Bass. It landed them a 33rd finish out of 64 boats in the field!

Some of our Wildcat anglers and boat drivers participated in the Trash Masters event on Chickamauga! This event was special to us because it lets us give back to the waterways we enjoy. We started at 10am and went until 12noon and it was structured like a bass tournament where we blast off, check in, then weigh in. Together Hixson weighed in over 450lbs of trash!! We are definitely doing this event again and are strongly encouraging everyone to participate!

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

B.A.S.S. officials announced today that the Bassmaster Junior National Championship will be held July 26-27 on Chickamauga Lake, followed by the Strike King Bassmaster High School National Championship on Aug. 1-3. The City of Dayton will host both events, with daily takeoffs and weigh-ins held at Dayton Boat Dock.
