Foot/Ankle Workshop - Strong base, strong body. Join us for a free foot/ankle workshop led by the physical therapists at Spectrum Performance on October 13 at 7:15 pm. Jackie and Sebastian will take you through mobility and strengthening exercises to help you build a stronger, healthier base.

It’s free, but you’ll need to sign up in Mindbody to reserve your spot.

Every Friday afternoon, FitWit hosts a free class for adults with physical or intellectual disabilities, and we’ve got room to grow! Many of our participants are part of the L’Arche Atlanta community, an organization that brings together adults with and without intellectual disabilities to share life in community. You might even recognize Terry (in the white hat!), one of their core members and a familiar face around FitWit. This class is one small way we can give back to our community, and it’s also a whole lot of fun. Classes are Fridays at 2 pm and completely free to participate. If you know someone who might be a good fit, send us a message and please help us spread the word!
