The Mom and Me Virtual Dance Class is a family-friendly fitness and emotions expression class. Using dance and open discussion, the virtual class has been launched to improve physical and mental health and enhance connections between family members. The 40-minute-long virtual dance class includes choreographed dance and family bonding activities –
