This FRIDAY: The last official OBC Decatur workout!

You are invited to come and hang, workout, drink coffee, whatever you're up for. We will be having the mile run. Some will go for personal records, some will walk and talk, some will hang with me timing and cheering.
Please come, acknowledge and celebrate what we've built together.

And I (JoJo) am preeeetttyyyy sure I'll cry and I'll feel self conscious about it -especially if my voice cracks- but I'm going to show up authentically as me anyway. You're invited to do the same.
