The mats are ready, the music is waiting, and now all we need is YOU! 🤍

Our starting schedule is officially here, and while we have plans to add more classes in the near future, right now our focus is on building something special, one class at a time.

We want to fill these rooms with beautiful, strong, hardworking women who are ready to show up, put in the work, hype each other up, and leave feeling like the absolute BEST versions of themselves. 💪🏼

We’re not just filling spots on a schedule. We’re building a community, creating friendships, and making Studio A1 a place you can’t wait to come back to.

She’s just a twenty-somethin’ yoga teacher who enjoys spending time outside with her dogs & drinking coffee. When she’s not in the woods, she works full time on the road & is a part time college student. Finding a consistent yoga practice has brought a mindful space into her everyday and she hopes to share that experience with you! ☮️

MEET B A Y L I E ⚡️— our certified Pilates instructor & certified weirdo! 👽

Lover of loud music, good food and helping people discover their best selves. She’s been teaching in Decatur for the past year and is pretty much obsessed with her members. When she’s off the mat, she’s either at a concert or cooking up something delicious.

Making playlists is her love language, collecting hobbies is her specialty and building community os her favorite part of teaching. Baylie can’t wait to welcome all of you to the Studio!

Well, I’ve been over here posting all things Studio A1 and just realized… I never actually introduced myself!
So, hi friends! 👋🏼🖤

I’m Alex, the founder of Studio A1! A small-town Illinois girl with a big dream, a whole lot of heart, and probably an iced coffee in my hand.

My fitness journey started 3.5 years ago, and somewhere along the way, this little dream of mine became the goal. The BIG goal. The one I couldn’t stop thinking about. And now? Watching Studio A1 come to life has been one of the most exciting, humbling, pinch-me-is-this-really-happening, experiences of my life.

But let me tell you something about me… I LOVE fitness, and I take my time in the gym seriously. But I also love my iced coffees, glass of w**e, and a good pizza night. 🍕 Because life is too short not to enjoy the things you love!

We’re not here to chase perfection. We’re here to find balance. To get stronger. To feel good in our own skin. And to give ourselves a little more credit for what our bodies can do. 🤍

And that’s exactly why I wanted to create Studio A1.

A space where women can show up as they are. Where we cheer each other on, celebrate the little wins, sweat a little (okay, sometimes A LOT), and walk out feeling stronger than when we walked in. A place where confidence grows, goals are crushed, friendships are made, and nobody has to do it alone.

My heart and soul are poured into this studio. What started as a dream is becoming something so much bigger than I ever imagined, and I genuinely cannot wait to see what we build together.

So, if you’re new here, THANK YOU for being here. If you’ve already been following along, thank you for believing in this dream with me. And if you’ve been sitting on the fence, wondering if this is for you… GIRL, THIS IS YOUR SIGN.
