Are you bringing the right attitude?
Are you committed when it’s inconvenient?
Are you coachable when the feedback is hard?

Athletes should absolutely advocate for themselves and ask questions.

But there’s a difference between asking for clarity and avoiding ownership.

You may not control every decision your coach makes.

But you always control what you give them to make that decision with.
