I always teach that life is about relationships and skill acquisition. Yesterday, at ADCC Atlanta was amazing. To share the experience as a Team. We had 4 masters competitors and 3 adult division. Only our big man, Mitchell brought home the gold. Everyone, including myself in the masters advanced division, embraced the comfort in chaos.

Honored to share the journey of relationships and skill acquisition with do many amazing people.

Memorial Day Seminar Fundraiser in support of the We Defy Foundation

Saturday, May 23rd 12:30pm - 3:30pm

Train with Purpose. Roll for a Cause. Join us for a BJJ seminar supporting veterans through the We Defy Foundation, empowering combat veterans through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Open to ages 13 and older.

$25 Minimum Donation (will be    collected on day of the event) - 

Your donation helps provide life-changing Jiu-Jitsu training for combat veterans.

All Academies and ranks welcome. Two plus hours of instruction followed by training.

Another epic day at Gracie Decatur. Had several of our advanced program students level up, next up Purple for our Judo black belt and collegiate wrestler. Love to see successful martial artists invest the time and energy to learn Gracie Jiu-jitsu. Mike, Mark Anthony, Kathleen, Denzell and Josh.
