The bartending team at CCD is reaching New Heights. This weeks feature is the Paper Plane... Created in 2008 in Chicago. A flavor forward cocktail. Bittersweet orange from Aperol, sweetness of the whiskey and the herbal notes of amaro . This combination will take you to the clouds.

As summer begins to wind down and school is almost back in session, many of our seasonal employees will soon be heading back to high school and college.

We want to wish all of our team members returning to school the very best of luck this year! We’re so thankful for the hard work, energy, and great service you brought to CCD this summer. We know we’ll be welcoming many of you back next season, and for those moving on to your next adventure, we wish you nothing but success in whatever comes next! 💚

With our seasonal staff heading back to school, we’re looking to add a few new faces to our team!

🍽️ PART-TIME SERVERS
Both day and evening shifts available
Day: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Evening: 4:30 PM–9:00 PM
Applicants must be 18+ with current BASSET and Food Handler certifications.

🏃 FOOD RUNNERS
Daytime: Tuesday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Evenings: 4:30 PM–9:00 PM
Applicants must be 16 years or older.

We offer flexible scheduling and a fun, positive work environment with a great team. Whether you're looking for daytime hours, a part-time evening position, or a schedule that works around other commitments, we'd love to hear from you!

Welcome to the 2026 Decatur Classic!

We're excited to welcome all of our members and their guests for one of the premier events of the season. We wish everyone great shots, friendly competition, and an unforgettable week on the course.

A special thank you goes out to Tom and his grounds crew, who have been hard at work long before most of us were even awake. Their dedication and countless early mornings have the course looking absolutely incredible and ready for championship play.

🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟

This week, we'd like to recognize our incredible Sunday Brunch Culinary Crew!

All summer long, Michael has been creating our delicious Sunday Brunch menus under the leadership of Sous Chef Karly Woods, alongside our talented pantry cook, Sarah. Their hard work, creativity, and dedication have helped make Sunday Brunch one of our members' favorite weekly traditions.

Week after week, we're seeing more and more members join us, and hearing so many wonderful compliments about the food. That success is a direct reflection of the passion this team brings to the kitchen every Sunday.

To Michael, Karly, Sarah, and our entire culinary team—thank you for everything you do to create such a memorable dining experience for our members.

And to our CCD members, thank you for your continued support. Your kind words, encouragement, and patronage mean the world to our staff, and we couldn't do it without you. ❤️

Fresh oysters baked on the half shell with spinach, pancetta, fresh herbs, seasoned breadcrumbs, and finished with rich béarnaise. (6 oysters per order.)

🥩 Green Chili Thai Center Cut Sirloin
A perfectly cooked center-cut sirloin served with green Thai sauce, soy soba noodles, baby zucchini and carrots, and sweet peppadew peppers.
