Heat Advisory Plan for 9/3 Club Soccer Practices:

Due to the active heat advisory, we are adjusting our upcoming club soccer practices tonight to keep all players safe.

Plan: We will shorten practice to 60 minutes. 5:30pm practice start times will need to move back to a 6:00pm practice start time.

Hydration: Please send your player with extra cold water or a sports drink. Water breaks will be mandatory.

Gear: Players should wear light, breathable, and light-colored clothing.

Parent Choice: Safety comes first. If you feel it is too hot for your child to participate, please keep them home.

Remember to collect your forms and money! We will have a box available in the pumphouse at the main complex for collection all of next week (starting Tuesday September 8). We also have collection available at the front desk of the DISC.

Midstate will again run our annual pizza fundraiser to raise funds for the MidState Booster Club Scholarship Fund! Last year we raised enough to cover ALL scholarships requests and we hope this legacy of supporting soccer at MidState continues.

Due to extreme heat, Little Kritters and MYSL practices as well as MYSL Saturday, September 5th games have been canceled for this week (8/31, 9/1, 9/3, and 9/5).

We will reschedule this week of practices to the week of October 12th as well as the MYSL game to October 17th.

MYSL jerseys will be available to pick up next week when we resume practices.
