I sent my client a video of me working out while on vacation and told him, “Don’t let me outwork you.”

Why? Because I’ve learned he’s HIGHLY competitive. My job as a trainer isn’t just to give you workouts, it’s to learn what pushes YOU and use it to keep you on track, even when I’m 1,000 miles away.

And clearly it’s working… 16 LB DOWN! 🔥
