What is Training for Athletes...
Training for Athletes will help increase speed, agility, flexibility, mobility. All of which are crucial to your performance on the field, in the water, or in the gym.
Where and when do I train..
Training will begin with Coach Matt Cheatham under the EC pavilion on Monday, June 2nd.
Training camp is every
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:30pm-6:30pm,
Friday 9:00am-10:00am.
This is a six week camp ending July 11th. Monday and Tuesday will be linear speed training and Thursday and Friday will be lateral speed training. Athletes should try to make it to camp two days a week: a linear day and a lateral day. (If days are canceled due to weather they will be made up)
Why should I train...
Learn better body mechanics, while increasing speed and agility, but also maintaining flexibility and mobility. Taking your overall athleticism to the next level.
What does it cost me?
Total cost of camp is $150 per person ($50) discount per sibling. $50 of the $150 must be paid by the 1st day of camp. Check or cash only.
