Terry was enjoying his Quench + L-Arginine IV so much he had to put his shades on 😎!

Between the massage chair, the relaxing atmosphere, and those powerful nutrients flowing through his veins, he said he felt like he was on a mini vacation.

Not only was he impressed with how good he felt, but he was also amazed by the education, care, and nursing expertise that came with the experience. By the time his IV was finished, he was feeling so good he literally danced his way out the door! 💃🏾🕺🏾

Chronicles of This Morning’s Run 🏃🏾‍♀️🐾⛰️

This morning was one of those reminders of why we do what we do.

One client said she almost stayed in bed and didn’t feel like getting up. By the end of the run, she was so glad she came. Not only did she have more energy, but she had already started organizing her week in her mind and tackling her to-do list before most people even got their day started.

Another client hadn’t run in over a year and a half. But with Harley by her side, she found herself running more than walking. Harley became the MVP of the morning, getting traded back and forth between clients who were determined to push themselves just a little further. 🐾❤️

Coach Christy was out there doing what she does best—running, encouraging, motivating, and pushing everyone to keep going when it got tough.

The weather was perfect. The energy was contagious. The conversations were uplifting. The laughs were genuine. It was the kind of morning that sets the tone for an entire week.

And then… they gave me my HILL! ⛰️😩😂

Y’all know I’ve been missing my running since my ACL injury, so standing at the hill and watching everyone attack it with determination was both exciting and emotional. Every step up that hill was a reminder that growth doesn’t happen on flat ground. The hill challenges you, strengthens you, and shows you what you’re made of.

Today wasn’t just about a run. It was about showing up when you don’t feel like it, encouraging each other, pushing past limits, and starting the week with purpose.
