What happens when Bubbles visits Capoeira Maculelê Decatur? A whole lot of fun! 🩵 😅🫧

We loved welcoming Goldfish Swim School - Decatur to our academy and sharing a little of what makes Capoeira so special.

Our classes give children the opportunity to build confidence, coordination, discipline, and friendships while discovering the traditions of Brazilian culture.

🍂 Fall is a wonderful time to get started! We’d love to welcome your family to our Capoeira community!

Imagine your shy child five years from now.

Standing confidently in front of a group.

Looking people in the eyes.

Speaking clearly.

Teaching younger students.

Handling pressure.

Leading.

That’s not something that happens in one motivational speech.

It’s built through hundreds of small moments.

One class.

One answer.

One demonstration.

One belt test.

One tournament.

One leadership opportunity.

One uncomfortable moment where they decide:

I’m going to try.

Then another.

And another.

Until the child who once wanted to disappear into the background realizes...

“I belong at the front too.”

That’s why Capoeira Maculelê Atlanta has a Leadership Program.

Capoeira may be what gets them through our doors.

Who they become is the reason we do it.
