Aaron achieved these phenomenal results naturally through consistent training, dedication to his diet, and the discipline to follow through day after day. His transformation reflects the work he put in at the gym and the choices he made outside of it.

We’re proud to celebrate Aaron and the PGR coaching team for this incredible accomplishment. Aaron, thank you for being part of our gym community and showing what commitment and consistency can accomplish!
