Youth baseball and softball at Medlock Park since 1962.
📍Decatur, Georgia

Druid Hills Youth Sports (DHYS) is an all volunteer organization dedicated to providing the opportunity to develop baseball and softball skills through team sport participation in an environment of instructive yet competitive play for children who live in the area. DHYS develops these skills by providing training programs for its managers and coaches as well as for players. DHYS strives to develop the player's character through effort and sportsmanship, and emphasizes the enjoyment of baseball and softball. Parents of players are considered a vital and integral part of the DHYS experience and are encouraged to participate as managers and coaches, team parents, or in the many other volunteer capacities. The purpose of Druid Hills Youth Sports is to promote good character, health, and sportsmanship among the youth of the community through sports. DHYS is a 501(c) non-profit organization* and is affiliated with both Dizzy Dean and PONY Baseball. In 2012, we commemorated 50 years of providing safe, fun and competitive baseball and softball to the children of DeKalb County and Decatur.

What a finish for the 11U Blue Devils! 🏆⚾️ After a challenging summer playing up in competition, the boys closed things out in a big way at the Coastal World Series. The team went 6-0, earned the #1 seed, and capped it off with a 7-6 championship win over a strong travel team from Florida. This was a true team effort in every sense, with contributions from every single player. Proud of the way they competed and represented Medlock Park. 💪⚾️

Congratulations to our 9U Red team on an outstanding finish to the summer season! 🔥 The team earned the #1 seed and swept the Southern Sports World Series in Brunswick to bring home the championship. Congratulations on an incredible finish to the summer and a well-deserved title! 👏❤️
