Iโ€™ve been experiencing quite a bit of left knee pain lately (derived from a severed strained left calf).

Instead of cutting out squats all together I lighten the weight and do a lot more time under tension. You donโ€™t need heavy weight to progressive overload.

How do you spend your rest days? I like to stay active. I hit smaller groups of muscles that I donโ€™t necessarily target during the week. Do I take actual rest days? Of course. When my body asks for it or if I somehow canโ€™t make it to the gym because of time restraints from traveling etc.
