We offer classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, MMA, Kickboxing, and Wrestling for the whole family. Head Instructor: Sensei David Lohsen

Over 30 years of martial arts experience, and 20 years of martial arts teaching experience. Instructors are experienced in Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Okinawan Goju Ryu, Tae Kwon Do and MMA with a combined 70 years of martial arts experience and 40 years of teaching experience.
