This 45 min class focuses on your entire core to build & condition your abdominals, lower back, glutes and hips. Find those lost abs and discover improved stability, strength, & power in everything you do with Total Core. The instructor guides you through carefully selected bodyweight and weighted exercises that challenge every layer of your core. All fitness levels welcome. 💗

This class is a Power flow Iyengar based vinyasa class. Flow with the music, from pop to rock to the 80s. Have fun and dance your asana! We start with breathe work, warm up and move through multiple poses linked together. You will get your heart rate up, break a sweat, have some fun and then finish with deep stretching and a short savasana. 🌼🧘🙏
