---The DSN 5K Run/Walk in Memory of Ezra Cornman---

*IMPORTANT UPDATE AND DATE CHANGE*

At the request of community leaders and in collaboration with the family of Ezra Cornman, a young boy who recently lost his life unexpectedly, DSN is dedicating our 5K race in memory of Ezra.

Ezra was a strong boy with parents who have run marathons and believe in building a healthy life through running.

The Race will of course remain a competitive 5K for runners and walkers of all ages.

The family and DSN are making plans to remember Ezra through different aspects of the Race, as well as through strong participation from the youth and adults of our community.

In order to prepare for this new and honorable aspect to the Race and respect the wishes of the family, the race will be moved to take place after their 30 days of mourning. The new date is Sunday, Aug 26th at Monmouth University.

We encourage the current participants to keep preparing for the Race and and urge everyone else, youth and adults, to register today at DSNrun.com. Know that your participation is both a sign of the importance of healthy living as well as a support of strength for this wonderful family. Their family joins us in looking forward to seeing you on Aug 26th...It's going to be a great day!
