More videos and details to come soon on actual footage and my confessions on my post knee replacement surgery, but here’s a few pics to show my gratitude to Raelynn and her “Pilates -Rehab Protocol” to not only help me regain my strength, mobility and flexibility but to get me my mind and body connected again on a whole new level.
Going into dark places in my workouts is nothing new to me and if I was honest- I’m perfectly comfortable.
But to truly surrender and completely trust and believe in a different method/approach than my own especially being in such a difficult and vulnerable place in my physical being, now this is new to me and what a blessing it’s been.
I’m forever grateful.
