NIU Bowling

NIU Bowling Northern Illinois University's Bowling Club / Team Within the bowling club is a bowling team.

The NIU Bowling club is a group of individuals who love the sport of bowling and come out to have a great time, while improving their game. This team is co-ed and compete competitively in bowling tournaments, and competitions.

MISSION:
is to promote an environment where students with a competitive or recreational interest in the sport of bowling may further develop their physical skills, mental

fortitude, and provide networking opportunities. PRACTICE/MEETINGS:
The bowling team practices 3 times a week in the Huskie Den, located in the bottom level of the student center:

Mondays: 5:30-7:30PM
Wednesdays: 6:00-8:00PM


The bowling club meets on Wednesdays ONLY at the time above. MEMBERSHIP:
At the beginning of every school year (Fall Semester) the NIU Bowling Club holds an interest meeting for all who are interested in joining both recreationally and competitively. Tryouts will be held for students interested in becoming members of the competitive team. Requirements of obtaining membership are:

Have and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher
Be able to pay membership fees.
