My idea of a good time is trying all the new leg machines at and getting humbled 😅
Let’s just say I wouldn’t put the first two in a client’s program unless they were advanced and had good pelvic stability.
Slide 1-2: single leg multi-reverse glute ham (first time seeing this one in person!)
Slide 3: max glute kickback pro (this machine felt HEAVY 😵)
Slide 4: single leg hip press (love this version - I prefer unilateral training to help correct imbalances)
