❤️🥎⚾️30 Players, One Amazing Community ❤️🥎⚾️

We are elated with gratitude! Last season, we launched our first-ever Financial Hardship Scholarship and awarded 22 recipients with this award, and because of your incredible generosity, the results are in for the Fall 2026 season:

30 athletes will be starting or continuing their athletic journeys this season who otherwise might not have had the chance.

Sports teach us about teamwork, resilience, and community—but seeing our community come together to support these players has been the greatest lesson of all. To everyone who donated-thank you for making sure no one gets left on the sidelines!

WVAC is thrilled to announce our second Equipment Sell, Swap, or Donate Event!

Whether you're looking to score a deal on a "new-to-you" bat, trade in those outgrown cleats, or generously donate uniforms to the next generation of sluggers, this is the place to be.

🗓️ THE DETAILS
• WHEN: During Evaluations 8/11 & 8/13
• WHERE: Rob Sullivan Park between fields 2 and 3

🎪 HOW IT WORKS
Think of it like a giant baseball/softball tailgate!
• Set Up Shop: Bring your own canopies and tables to display your items.
• The Choice is Yours: You can sell your gear, swap with other families, or offer items for free!

⚠️ THE FINE PRINT
• Individual Transactions: WVAC is providing the space to bring our community together, but all transactions (buying/selling/trading) are strictly between individuals.

• No Leftovers: Please remember that any equipment not sold or swapped must go home with you. WVAC is not responsible for any leftover gear or transactions.

THIS IS NOT A DROP OFF EQUIPMENT EVENT. You MUST be present with your inventory.
