Exercise: Footwork
Set up: Tower apparatus, Push through bar with safety chain on and spring attached from down below the mat.
Feel powerful, amazing strength in every muscle of your legs with this Intermediate level set on the Tower apparatus.
Staying in hip distance parallel, my feet change placement four times.
-Toes pointed and on the bar
-Arches on bar, wrapping toes and heels around
-Heels on, toes flexed towards shins
-Point/Flex combo for tendon stretch
5 reps for precision, 5 more continuous for flow.
Followed with a quick stretch and then a fun variation of Hundred 💯💯💯🤍🤍🤍
Sped this up 🙃🙃🙃 really took about 4 whole minutes. At one point I even pushed my arms heavier into the mat during footwork to keep my upper body active.
