We want to take a moment to share some difficult news with our community. Due to a combination of rising bird costs and a shortfall in donations from last year’s banquet, we were unfortunately unable to fund our annual pheasant release this season.
This decision was not made lightly. We know how much this tradition means to our members, hunters, and the broader community. We’re deeply disappointed, and we sincerely apologize for the impact this may have on your fall plans and expectations.
We’ve also heard that some of you may not have received a letter informing you of this change. If that’s the case, we’re truly sorry. Communication is important to us, and we’ll work harder to ensure everyone stays informed moving forward.
We’re grateful for your continued support and understanding. Our club remains committed to conservation, community, and bringing back this tradition stronger than ever—with your help.
If you’d like to be part of future efforts or help us rebuild for next year’s release, please reach out. Every bit of support makes a difference.
Thank you for standing with us.
