It was a beautiful morning at the Downtown Green Bay, Inc. Farmers Market & heartwarming to see friends at the Western Racquet and Fitness Club Mind Body Studio.

I would like to thank the yogis at Crunch Fitness (Green Bay) for attending the 5:30am class, and the DPHS students involved in the speed and strength program who attended the 7:30am yoga class. Tomorrow, I will be leading a yoga session at the Downtown Green Bay, Inc. Farmers Market at 7:30am, which is open to all with no registration required, and teaching a 10am yoga class at Western Racquet and Fitness Club.
