Pilates Mat Class for Beginners starts May 9th and goes to June 6th. Class is Saturdays at 10:00 AM.

*This next round of Pilates Mat Class for Beginners has a bonus class - you receive a bonus class (5th class!) or use the bonus class as a make up class (whichever is needed for each individual).

*Early Bird Registration Rates end this Tuesday, May 5th.

The magic in this Pilates mat exercise is integrating our mind and dynamic neuro-cognitive imagery to deepen our connection & function in our body’s movement.

Pilates Mat Exercise - Jack Knife…

This is an intermediate Pilates mat exercise.

A fun challenge is finding your hip-power while being upside down! Don’t worry just the right props and language will get you there on your own. The thought or physical availability to lift and lower your head should be available at any moment throughout this intermediate Pilate mat exercise as well.

When you find your hip power connection it creates a lightness in your whole body and mild decompression in your cervical spine. It takes time to organize and create this connection while doing Jack Knife, but like all challenging adventures… they are ALWAYS worth the focus, commitment, and time! 🫶🌀🫶

When your BODY accesses its hip power, it’s like a giant light bulb in your pelvis turns fully ON and all systems and cells have light to do their job. Or perhaps the light comes from the center of each cell and SHINES OUT so everyone can participate again with a much better sense of direction…

Regardless, this movement brings us right back to our truth - where all of our power always is… inside of us waiting to meet and greet us again and again and again. 🩷
