We not only teach speed but work on strength and conditioning as well. All sports male and female. WE are open to the public for all ages 8 and up.

Athletes suffer because they don’t get the training they need or deserve. Much of what we see is little to no training at all OR completely over trained. And like the old saying goes IF you are going to do something why not do it right.

Another athlete tonight back in fresh off qualifying for state in 3 events. When you train all year strength remains and goals get crushed. Love seeing it.

Fresh off graduation from HS and this young man is prepping for his collegiate career to begin. If you are leaving hs and heading to college to play sports you need to prepare. College will be drastically different playing with athletes that are now mature and in some cases 3-5 years older than you. Be ready. Commit
