The Suamico Private Ice Rink, aka the Spice Rink, is nearly ready. 2 inches of ice now, but it’s going to be a week or two yet before we can really skate it as the temps got warm again.

Hey, this site is pretty quiet, but it’s time to ramp things up a bit.

Some ideas:

3. post hockey photos / videos you feel like sharing. Shoresy/ Letterkenny memes are always welcome.

Awhile back I created this Page as a placeholder in case the Green Bay area ever showed an interest in creating an online hockey community beyond the Voyageurs Gear Buy Sell Swap page.

In talking with some guys from Cornerstone's Thursday night Bar League over some beers, it seems there may be some demand for a Summer Open Hockey League with interest from current G League players, alumni, and friends.
Minnesota's summer "pro" league, Da Beauty League, immediately came to mind. We won't be that good, but we could have an interesting summer of hockey if the GLHL guys want to play some lightly reffed, relaxed, no-check hockey just for fun.
