Weight loss challenges are stupid.

Stop racing to lose weight, losing weight fast is actually probably pretty counter productive to you maintaining your weight loss forever.

Don't change your goals based on your current level of motivation. Remember why you started and stay the course.

There will inevitably be fluctuations in motivation, so don't rely on motivation, be disciplined.

It's easy to put off exercise. The negative effects of not exercising take a while to set in. It's easy to be complacent about your health, but eventually it will catch up. Start being proactive about your health. Why must something negative happen first before we get motivated to change?

Yeah you're right, being happy with how I look, being a healthy body fat, being strong, being mobile, not having any random aches and pains in my body, sleeping great, relieving stress, and the list goes on and on. It's all so terrible. πŸ˜‰
