The U.S. Martial Arts Team (USMAT) is actively recruiting athletes in Mississippi who are ready to compete at the NATIONAL and INTERNATIONAL level.

This is NOT a school.
This is NOT a replacement for your instructor.

👉 We DO NOT interfere with your dojo
👉 We DO build competitors

We take dedicated martial artists from ALL styles—karate, taekwondo, kung fu, BJJ, and more—and bring them together as ONE TEAM to represent The United States of America on the biggest stages in the world.

Where i got my start with the U.S. Martial Arts Team back in 2017.
You all have no idea how much I owe to Tommy Denson and Martha Cook Denson for believing in me and forging me.
Those who were there with me were two of my instructors Ian Turner and Brittany Rhoads who I thank daily for giving me the tools needed to compete and my wingman Logan Davis who made me realize that martial arts makes the relationship among family stronger. Another thanks to Turner Shotokan for teaching an old dog new tricks and making this old man feel welcome in the dojo.
This is what this team is about, the memories, the friendships made along the way and building a sense of pride in your country and team!
