MOTIVATION MONDAY
Every single day is a fresh shot to outgrow the version of yourself from yesterday.
But too often, we walk into the gym, look at someone who’s been grinding for a decade, and decide we’re failing before we even start. We forget a simple truth: That person had a Day 1, too. They just chose to stack small wins, day after day, until it turned into years.
So why do we play this game? Why do we crush 10 positive habits but spend all our energy obsessing over the one thing that didn’t go perfectly?
I saw this with a client recently. They were struggling to make it through the gym doors and felt like they completely blew it. But while they were stressing about missed workouts, their nutrition was absolutely dialed in .They stayed mindful of what went into their body and ended up losing weight.
They thought they failed because they missed the gym. In reality? They won 10 other battles they didn’t even realize they were fighting.
Change your mind, change your life.
Stop looking at the lanes next to you. The only competition that matters is the one in the mirror. When you stop obsessing over the one thing you didn’t do and start celebrating the small wins you did achieve, everything shifts.
