We didn’t want to just cancel, and we won’t have the teams to go in April. So we’re making a push for

SATURDAY MAY 31st.

All the workouts have been posted. Get your squad and get signed up!! With the extra time we’re hoping to make this a full event to remember!

This is a For Time workout. 1 Athlete will work while 1 athlete will rest. The reps are accumulated together.
Score = time
12:00 cap
Every rep short is 1 second added to 12:00

BOX OVERS
Rx must jump
Intermediate must jump
Scaled can step or jump over

DB WORK
All movements are performed with 1 DB
Sn**ch and C n J must alternate hands every rep
No hand designation on Devil Press, switch whenever you like

Here’s the reality. We want more than anything to host the 2025 Squad Wars competition - but we need teams to sign up.

Many conversations have been people waiting to see if there will be an event.

We absolutely want an event. We love this event. We love the community that comes together from it.

But if everyone waits to sign up, then how are we to host it.

This competition has run every year since opening our doors. We’re hoping the community will rally together to get teams signed up.

In the heartbreaking event that we have to cancel - YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY RECEIVE A REFUND OF YOUR ENTRY FEE.

This is our plea to the community. Help us keep Squad Wars alive for the 6th year and join us for an awesome day of fitness!

Score = time [if not completed, add 1 second to 10:00 for every rep NOT complete]

The entire workout can be broken up in any way.
Tag out area will be at wall, behind rower.
Non working athlete must be against the wall, cannot be waiting on rower or waiting at bar or waiting on floor for burpees. Against the wall for everyone.

BACK SQUATS
Barbell will be in the rack, not taken from ground. If dropped athletes are responsible for getting back to rack.

CALORIES
Pretty simple here. Damper anywhere you’d like. All mens teams will do 60 cals, all women’s teams will do 50 cals.

BURPEES
Thighs and chest touch the ground. Head must be BELOW the erg. 2-FOOTED TAKE OFF IS REQUIRED. Scaled division may step over the erg.
