A good rule of thumb: drink at least one bottle per hour in hot conditions, more if you are climbing or pushing hard.

Electrolytes matter just as much as water. And if you feel thirsty, you are already behind. 😬

A great ride always starts with the right fit. 🪖

Before your little ones hop on their bikes this school year, take a moment to check that their helmet fits just right. Too small and it is uncomfortable, too big and it slides right off, neither one is keeping them safe! The perfect fit should feel snug, secure and stable every single time. 😊

And this goes for riders of all ages, adults included! A properly fitting helmet is one of the simplest and most important things you can do to protect yourself on every ride. 🚲

We have a child carrier seat for little ones up to 48 lbs, plus electric bikes with a passenger seat so younger riders can come along for the ride with an adult. The whole family is welcome! 😊

This one is important so please share it with your family and friends!

In the state of Florida riders and passengers under the age of 16 are required by law to wear a properly fitted and fastened bicycle helmet. With back to school season in full swing and more young riders hitting the road, we want to make sure every single one of them is protected out there!

And while the law only requires helmets for riders under 16 we strongly encourage everyone to wear one every single time they ride. It is one of the simplest ways to stay safe and we are always rooting for you to get home safely. 💛
