In order to encourage learning, all of our teachers are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with a minimum 200 hours of instruction

and training recognized by Yoga Alliance. Studio 311 is an educational studio and will provide many opportunities for continuing education for both our teachers and our students. Stay connected for upcoming workshops, events and pop-up classes.
