Hey 👋🏽 , as of next week I am officially 4 weeks out😮‍💨🙏🏽🙌🏾💪🏽✊🏽‼️ I’ve accomplished truly living and embodying a healthy lifestyle for me✊🏽‼️💪🏽 This years competition will take place November 1st in KY. To prepare this year, there is always a quote that I capture and it registers in my mind and becomes my main focus to help me mentally prepare how much more disciplined I can be! For me it is process of discipline enhancement is what encourages me most as that translates over in other area impacting you as a person even more 🙏🏽🙌🏾‼️

My mindset shifted around
“Live to Improve, not to Impress”

Hey peeps 👙👠 🥈🤜🏽🤛🏽💪🏾💪🏾
October 19 I acomplished a huge goal and completed a mental discipline process, that allowed me to disconnect emotionally, gain tunnel vision, focus, and compete in my very first body building competition.
Completing this competition helped me overcome some major fear and limitations that only existed in my mind.
Placing 2nd place in all three classes I competed in
🥈Novice
🥈Masters 40+
🥈Open
I appreciate everyone’s support and also supporting my fundraising efforts. Those that didn’t have an opportunity of purchasing a shirt we are submitting a bulk order.
