Miami Valley Hunt & Polo Club The Polo Club was founded in 1919 by the Lowe, Mead, Patterson, and Talbott families as a social alternative to traditional area country clubs.

Whether it’s spending the lazy days of summer swimming, playing tennis, throwing a Frisbee, or roasting a hot dog, The Miami Valley Hunt and Polo Club is an experience like no other. Members—-We are excited to announce that our pool has successfully passed inspection and is approaching its official opening on Friday, May 22. However, we are doing a soft opening on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We are still working on some final elements, including final cleaning, lawn care, lounge chair set up, and snack bar inventory, to ensure a successful opening on Friday.

The pool is set to open this Memorial Day weekend, but a state health inspector will visit tomorrow for an inspection. Depending on the results, we might open the pool a few days earlier than planned. We will inform everyone as soon as we have an update. Until then, the pool remains closed until we get the inspector's approval. Members can still enjoy the club's terrace and pool deck.

Attention Members! We need your help for an hour or so on Wednesday at 5:30pm to make our club beautiful! We are going to plant our flowers for the Spring and Summer season! Just grab your gloves and a spade and come on down Wednesday, May 20th at 5:30pm. It usually takes an hour to 90 minutes. The more, the merrier! The more, the FASTER! Please come help!
