Welcome to Rhea County, NBT Nationals Competitors! 🎣

June 14–19, we're excited to welcome approximately 60 boats to beautiful Watts Bar Lake for the NBT Nationals!

Anglers from across the region will be competing on one of Tennessee's premier fisheries while experiencing the hospitality, scenery, and outdoor recreation that make Rhea County a special destination.

A huge thank you to Nick's Lakeside Grill for hosting both the pre-tournament safety briefing and the awards dinner. We appreciate your support in helping make this event a success!

Welcome to Rhea County, Big Bass Power Hour anglers! 🎣

This Saturday, June 13, we're excited to host the Big Bass Power Hour with an expected 125 kayaks hitting the waters of beautiful Lake Chickamauga!

Unlike traditional tournaments, this event follows a catch, measure, and release format, allowing anglers to launch from anywhere on the lake and compete while helping preserve our incredible fishery.

A special thank you to Dayton Church of God for hosting the tournament's awards ceremony.

Whether you're fishing, cheering on competitors, or simply enjoying a day on the water, let's show these visitors the hospitality that makes Rhea County special. If you see an angler this weekend, be sure to give them a warm welcome!
